Our mission is to help people experiencing or at risk of homelessness move towards self-sufficiency and find a safe home in our community.

We collaborate with each client to develop a housing plan, and with other governmental and non-profit organizations to help fulfill that plan.

We help our clients navigate complex application systems for benefits and services. We follow up frequently to ensure that all obstacles that arise during the process are handled successfully.
Empowerment
We encourage our clients to actively participate to the best of their abilities, empowering them to move towards agency and self-sufficiency.

We routinely engage with former and current clients, listening to their advice based on lived experiences. Their valuable insights help us to continuously improve our service delivery.
